How we will make you feel special...
Most of our patients come from word of mouth referrals from enthusiastic patients. We want you to become one too.
If it has been a while since your last visit we promise not to make you feel bad.
- We will listen to what you want.
- We will show you how your teeth and gums are, discuss all treatment options with you and find an affordable solution to your care.
- We will give you a written treatment plan showing all costs. For larger treatments we will find a low cost payment plan that makes treatment affordable.
- We guarantee all crowns, inlays, onlays, veneers and bridgework for two years, no questions asked.
- We will try to give you completely painless injections and treatment. We will usually cure phobic patientstotally; many previously phobic patients now tell us that they enjoy coming to the practice for their treatment or hygienist visits.
- We will remind you before visits and phone you the next day to see how you are.
- We will play music or TV/films that you yourself choose, whilst you, as our guest, are having treatment.
- We will offer you a choice of cold drinks, teas and freshly ground coffee on your arrival and after your treatment.
- We will always see you the same day if you are in any difficulty whatsoever.
- We will set out a preventative plan to ensure that your gums remain healthy and that your dental requirements are minimal.
